Tasting Notes: Swaying away from the juice craze, our go-to hoppy beer is bringing back the old school American IPA malt profile. With a majority of Mosaic hops radiating juicy, tropical fruits, citrus & pine character, along with a fruity-spicy-peppery attribute at the end. A very slight addition of citra & amarillo hops to round out the tropical characters. Gluten reduced. 50 IBU.
